Bachelor's degree in civil engineering OR construction management.1:2 years of experience.Prior work experience in the construction field with contractor or consultantDemonstrated business development skillsKnowledge of pricing strategies & contract drafting is a plusPrior experience in preparing business plan and conducting market researchAbility to develop technical presentations for potential international clients and stakeholders (contractors, consultants, architects, etc.)Excellent command of English language both written and oralProactive mentality and capacity to interact with stakeholders of various nationalitiesProficiency in MS OfficePreferably GUC / AUC / BUE graduate or credit hours system in public universities (Cairo / Ein Shams)
