- Identify and develop new business opportunities, clients, consultants, and project leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Research the market, competitors, upcoming projects, and industry opportunities.
- Prepare company presentations, capability statements, and commercial/technical proposals.
- Coordinate with sales, estimation, technical office, and project teams to develop competitive offers.
- Follow up on tenders, quotations, negotiations, and project awards.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, site visits, and industry events as required.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project acquisition within construction, fit-out, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of construction/fit-out projects and the local market.
- Results-oriented with strong follow-up and lead-generation skills.
- Very good command of English and MS Office.
