We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growing sales operations in the US market.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, confident communicating in English, and capable of working in a fast-paced remote environment.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the company’s revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:Generate new leads and business opportunities, focusing on U.S.-based clients and shippers.Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.Maintain and update CRM records and ensure proper follow-up.Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to activity, lead generation, and conversions.Build strong relationships with potential customers and maintain them for future opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams (operations) to support sales activities, including RFQs.Maintain professional communication with U.S. clients.
English fluency at B2–C1 level (spoken and written) is required.0–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (B2B or logistics experience is a plus).Bachelor’s degree.Previous remote work experience is a plus.Basic understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and cold calling.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.Target-driven and results-oriented attitude.Strong communication and negotiation skills.High level of commitment, ownership, and self-discipline.Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.Own a personal laptop suitable for remote work.Have a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
