Business Development Specialist

The main objective is to establish a strong sales pipeline by connecting with real estate developers, industrial sector companies, educational institutions, and consulting offices.Contact potential clients to establish strong relationships and arrange meetings.Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.Develop and expand new markets while strengthening relationships with existing clients.Plan and oversee new marketing and business development initiatives.Increase the value of current customers while attracting new clients and projects.Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand the company’s network and business opportunities.

3+ years of experience in the construction or construction materials field in a Business Development role.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple opportunities and build strong client relationships.Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
