Etisalat UAE is hiring now Excellent up to fluent English speakers For SMB account with attractive packages (Handling UAE corporate Owners with small and medium Business through inbound calls).

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.Record customer interactions and update system records.Follow company policies and quality standards.Location: Maadi, Degla Square

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support through chat channels with accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote products, services, and offers while identifying customer needs.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication.
• Meet and exceed quality standards, productivity metrics, and performance targets.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when required.Candidate Requirements
• Strong command of English & Arabic (spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle both outbound calling and chat support effectively.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service, outbound sales, telesales, or call centers is an advantage.
