الوصف الوظيفي

Regularly monitor, listen to, and analyze calls handled by call center agents.
Evaluate the quality of customer communication and compliance with sales standards.
Verify the accuracy of order processing and proper use of CRM systems.
Analyze the reasons behind customer objections, purchase refusals, and lost sales.
Identify communication mistakes and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
Deliver structured and constructive feedback to agents and Team Leaders.
Monitor compliance with sales scripts, conversation structures, and key sales stages.
Analyze team performance indicators, including KPIs, order approval rate, order delivery rate, and average order value.
Identify opportunities to improve service quality, sales performance, and team efficiency.
Fixed monthly compensation: 700 USD.
Performance-based KPI bonus: up to 250 USD per month.

المتطلبات والشروط

Greek language proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory).
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory).
At least 1 year of experience working in a call center.
Experience in telephone sales or customer service.
Experience handling or monitoring a high volume of calls.
Experience in thedietary supplements or wellness products industryis a strong advantage.
Previous experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control, Call Auditing, Training, or Back Office roles is highly desirable.
Good understanding of sales processes, sales techniques, and objection handling.
Experience working with CRM systems and analyzing performance reports.
Must have a personal laptop or desktop computer suitable for remote work.
Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection to ensure uninterrupted work.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify the root causes of mistakes.
Analytical thinking and the ability to draw conclusions based on data and performance metrics.
Clear communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback.
Understanding of how communication quality affects sales results.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
