Role OverviewWe are hiring a professional, confident, and proactive Receptionist to support daily office operations. while also handling client management, cold calling, and basic business coordination.
This role requires strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Client HandlingAnswer and direct incoming calls professionallyWelcome and assist office visitorsHandle WhatsApp, email, and client inquiries in English and ArabicSchedule meetings, site visits, and follow-upsMaintain accurate client records and contact lists Cold Calling & Lead GenerationMake outbound calls to potential clientsPresent company services clearly and confidently in English and ArabicQualify leads and record client requirementsBook meetings for management or sales team Operations & Office SupportAssist with daily administrative and operational tasksCoordinate simple follow-ups (documents, confirmations, reminders)Support basic project communication when requiredMaintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Requirements Previous experience as receptionist, admin, or call center agent Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory Strong Arabic communication skills Professional phone presence Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, WhatsApp Business)
Ability to use Canva for basic presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials
