الوصف الوظيفي

Study project tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
Prepare project briefs and tender analysis reports.
Develop and submit RFIs for missing, conflicting, or unclear tender details.
Participate in site visits and surveys to assess technical requirements.
Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for Civil & Architectural works.
Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Evaluate and compare technical and financial offers.
Negotiate terms with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with company standards.
Maintain and update vendor and subcontractor database.
Coordinate with project management regarding technical considerations affecting execution.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction (Tendering & Procurement).
Strong command of English (written & spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
AutoCAD is a must.
Revit is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
