- Cost Variance Analysis:Monitor and analyze actual vs. standard manufacturing costs to identify root causes of variances.
- BOM & Material Control:Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) cost control, track raw material consumption, and manage scrap costs.
- Rate & Overhead Tracking:Calculate and analyze labor costs, machine/hour operating costs, and overhead allocations.
- Product Profitability:Determine accurate cost-per-part and cost-per-product metrics to support pricing and margin reviews.
- Production Efficiency Impact:Evaluate how shop-floor performance and production efficiency directly impact overall manufacturing costs.
- Cost Reduction & CAPEX:Actively track cost-reduction initiatives and evaluate the financial impact of Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) on manufacturing operations.
- Reporting:Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly manufacturing cost reports and actionable financial insights to senior management.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Experience:3 -5 years of solid experience in cost controlling, preferably within a manufacturing or plastic injection environment.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:Strong command of Excel and ERP systems; exceptional analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
- Industry Knowledge:Understanding of standard costing principles, manufacturing processes, and BOM structures.
- Competencies:Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the agility to work in a fast-paced industrial setting.
