Now Hiring: Customer Service Agents – Night Shift

• We are currently hiring for multiple roles within our *Customer Service* team, including Frontline, Back Office, and Billing positions.Job Responsibilities*
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are handled efficiently Salary & Benefits* - 30,000 EGP Gross Salary - 17,000 EGP Net Salary - 3,000 EGP Transportation Allowance
• Performance Bonus (simple to achieve and based on daily performance) - 2 weeks of paid training

• Fixed night shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM - 5 working days per week (Monday – Friday) - 2 days off per week - 1-hour lunch break Overtime is available for productive employees for additional income.
