Our teams work in the parking floors, so our customers never have to leave their building.

Everything we do runs on being reliable, tidy and easy to deal with — and our WhatsApp line is where most customers experience that.The RoleYou will be the voice of Bubbl on WhatsApp.

This is not a call centre job — there are no phone calls.

You will manage our WhatsApp inbox throughout the day, coordinating between customers and our on-site cleaning teams, keeping records, and passing the right things to the right people.The message volume is light to moderate.

What matters most is that you are present, responsive and accurate during your hours.Schedule 6 days per week, with Saturday off 09:30–17:00 and 20:00–22:30 UAE time (GST, UTC+4), with a break in between You must be able to work these hours consistently from your own time zoneWorkload — What a Typical Day Looks LikeThis is an availability role rather than a high-volume one.

What we are paying for is that when a message arrives, it is answered quickly and well.What You'll Do Message customers when our team arrives at their vehicle for an interior clean, and ask them to unlock it Confirm when the clean is complete and ask the customer to lock the vehicle Inform operations if access cannot be arranged or customer is unresponsive Always be polite throughout every interaction Share promotional offers as necessary to the respective customers Receive customer requests, questions and feedback over WhatsApp and respond clearly and professionally Log every request accurately for management review at the end of the day Dispatch specific operational requests to the on-site team via WhatsApp — rescheduling, missed spots, additional service requests Escalate defined situations to management immediately (see below)

No relocation, and no UAE visa or sponsorship is provided.

You will be engaged as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes and local compliance.

No equipment is provided — you must have your own computer and internet connection.

Requirements Fluent written English — clear, polite, correct grammar and a warm professional tone Previous customer service experience (required): support, hospitality, BPO, admin or similar Computer literate — confident with WhatsApp Web, Excel and browser-based tools Your own computer, and a stable, reliable internet connection Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently without supervision Able to commit to UAE time zone hours, 6 days a week
