Customer Service Engineer

Review and evaluate client modification requests (design and finishing changes)Ensure all client modifications comply with project specifications, codes, and company standardsPrepare and update drawings based on approved client changesCoordinate with technical office, site engineers, and other disciplines (MEP & structural)Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and provide technical guidanceIssue and track modification approvals and documentationEnsure modifications are properly implemented on siteIdentify and resolve any technical conflicts resulting from client changesMaintain records of all client modifications and approvalsSupport project team in minimizing delays caused by design changes

Architecture2–5 years of solid experience in architectural design, technical office operations, or finishing and fit-out projectsProven experience in handling client modifications and coordinating design changesStrong ability to review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentationExperience in preparing and reviewing material submittals and finishing detailsGood understanding of construction processes, finishing materials, and site executionFamiliarity with building codes, standards, and project specificationsAbility to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, and site engineers)Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or BIM is a plusStrong communication skills with the ability to deal directly with clientsGood problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
