Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online channels, including chat, email, and Calls.Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.Follow up on customer issues and update ticketsAssist students and instructors with troubleshooting technical issues and navigating the online learning platform.

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, service, or a related field.

Graduates or full-time students (must be fully available)

Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a related field Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure Commitment to work schedulesWorking Conditions: Two rotating days off per week Rotating / flexible working shifts
