Customer Service Representative (Portuguese Speaker)

Assist customers via phone, email, or live chat in fluent Portuguese, providing prompt and helpful support.Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's query, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.Maintain high customer satisfaction standards by delivering empathetic, clear, and efficient communication.Accurately document all customer interactions and account activities in the CRM system.

Language Skills: Advanced to Native/Fluent level in Portuguese (written and spoken).Good command of English (for internal communication and training).Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.Previous experience in call centers or customer service is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
