We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist with experience in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to join our team!

المتطلبات والشروط

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within internal systems and databases.
Utilize AI tools (such as text summarization, data extraction, automation software, and smart content generation) to accelerate tasks and improve efficiency.
Clean, format, and organize raw data converting it across various formats using modern tech solutions.
Audit and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any errors promptly.
Generate periodic progress reports demonstrating tasks completed and efficiency gains via AI tools.
Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience:[1-2 years] of experience in data entry, administrative tasks, or technical operations.
AI Proficiency:Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automated workflow software, or AI-enhanced data spreadsheets).
Core Skills:High typing speed and accuracy, plus advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail, time management, fast adaptability, and a proactive mindset toward learning new software.
