Digitisation Lead

About the roleWe are looking for a driven and analytical Digitisation Lead to own and advance the technology transformation agenda across Ghalioungui Trading.

Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and data — with a mandate to assess where we are, build what we need, and continuously improve how we work across the entire company.

ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all digitisation and technology projects across the company — from scoping to deliveryAudit, evaluate, and enhance existing systems and processes — identifying inefficiencies and proposing pragmatic improvements across all business functionsBuild and maintain a data infrastructure that enables better decision-making across teams and leadershipDevelop and track project roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs — keeping stakeholders aligned and delivery on trackLiaise with internal teams and external vendors to implement digital solutions that fit operational realitiesReport directly to the Managing Partner with clear updates, prioritisation recommendations, and risk flags

3–5 years in digitisation, digital transformation, or IT project managementStrong command of data — analysis, reporting, structuring, and toolingProven project management skills — structured, organised, delivery-focusedExperience in a trading, distribution, or similar operational business (a plus)Comfortable bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
