Export Specialist / Export Sales For Dried Herbs & Spices

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and international trade requirements.Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies.Communicate with international customers regarding order status, shipping schedules, and documentation.Verify letters of credit (LCs) and payment terms in coordination with finance teams when applicable.Maintain accurate export records and update ERP or logistics systems.Support sales and logistics teams with export pricing, quotations, and shipment planning.Prepare export performance reports and support audits when required.
