Field sales

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing startup PillV, a platform transforming how pharmacies order their supplies.This role focuses on onboarding new pharmacies and ensuring they actively use the platform to place orders.

Job ResponsibilitiesVisit pharmacies within Nasr City on a daily basisIntroduce and demonstrate the PillV platformOnboard new pharmacies onto the systemAssist pharmacists in placing their first ordersFollow up with registered pharmacies to ensure continuous usageBuild strong relationships with pharmacy owners and staffAchieve monthly targets including:Number of onboarded pharmaciesActive pharmaciesOrder volume generatedSubmit daily and weekly performance reports Working Hours(Choose one shift)Morning Shift: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PMEvening Shift: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM Salary & CompensationPerformance-based incomeUncapped commission for exceeding targets Target requirement: Each onboarded pharmacy must place orders with a minimum of EGP 2,500 BenefitsFlexible working hoursHigh growth potential within a fast-growing startupContinuous training and supportTransportation allowance for candidates living far from the work area

Previous experience in sales (Field Sales preferred)Experience in pharmaceutical sales is a strong plusStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a target-driven environmentMust be based in or near Nasr CityProfessional appearance and attitude
