We are looking for a talented Flexo Ink Lab Engineer to join our growing team and lead our Ink Laboratory operations!What You’ll Do:Mastermind precision color matching using X-Rite Spectrophotometers & InkFormulation Software (IFS).Test, adjust, and optimize ink recipes (Viscosity, Adhesion, pH) for flawless print runs.Provide quick-response technical troubleshooting right on the Flexo Press floor.Work with top-tier brands to deliver flawless color consistency keeping Delta E (\(\Delta E\)) on target.

What We Are Looking For:Education: Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Applied Arts, majoring in Printing, Publishing, and Packaging (A must!).Experience: [0-2 years for Fresh Grads / 2-5 years for Experienced] in Flexographic printing or ink manufacturing labs.Superpower: Exceptional color vision (Ishihara Test will be part of the interview).Tools: Familiarity with Pantone standards, Hand Proofers, and Viscosity Cups.
