- Manage the foreign purchasing cycle from RFQ to delivery.
- Source and evaluate international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Request and compare quotations, prices, lead times, and payment terms.
- Negotiate with overseas suppliers to achieve competitive commercial terms.
- Issue and follow up on purchase orders with international suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, and internal departments.
- Follow up on shipping documents, delivery schedules, and import procedures.
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
- Monitor market prices and identify alternative suppliers and products.
- Ensure purchased equipment and spare parts meet required technical specifications.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Foreign Procurement, Import, or International Purchasing.
- Experience dealing with international suppliers.
- Good knowledge of import and shipping procedures.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Very good English, written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
