The ideal candidate will help improve clinic workflow, maintain excellent client relationships, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage appointment reservations and scheduling for clientsRespond to phone calls for appointment reservations and client follow-upOrganize clinic schedule and surgery schedule efficientlyCommunicate with clients for follow-up and feedbackHandle and resolve client concerns or conflicts professionallyMaintain high levels of client satisfaction and customer careSupport daily administrative and organizational tasksAssist in improving workflow and clinic operations
