Conduct comprehensive land surveys for construction and development projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technology, including GPS, total stations, and GIS software, to collect and analyze spatial data.
Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and documentation for use in project planning and execution.
Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide precise measurements and boundary information.
Verify and establish property boundaries, easements, and land features in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and record changes in land conditions, topography, and site features throughout the project

المتطلبات والشروط

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a land surveyor in the construction or real estate sector.
Expertise in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and digital levels.
Strong understanding of land surveying principles, mapping, and geospatial data analysis.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, site plans, and legal land documents.
