Ensures every visual layout adheres to brand guidelines, visual hierarchy, and creative quality standards.

Visual Brand Identity Creation:Develop full visual branding systems—including primary/secondary logos, typography hierarchies, color palettes, and comprehensive brand guideline books.
Marketing & Ad Asset Design:Design high-converting ad carousels, static social posts, visual banners, and promotional ad creatives tailored for digital platforms.
Visual Strategy & Layout Execution:Turn strategic concepts and copy decks into clean visual layouts that prioritize readability, strong visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
Commercial & Technical QA:Verify offer accuracy, pricing text, call-to-action placement, image license usage, and file export formatting before internal presentation.
Asset Library Maintenance:Maintain organized client design folders, source files, and export packages according to company naming conventions.
On-Time Design Asset Delivery Rate.
Design Accuracy & QA (Zero text errors, layout flaws, or brand violations).
Client First-Pass Approval Rate on Visual Batches.
2+ years of professional graphic design experience showcasing full branding projects and performance digital marketing graphics.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Deep knowledge of visual hierarchy, composition, color theory, and modern typography.
Strong ability to translate strategic commercial concepts into clean, compelling visual designs.
