Responsibilities:Manage and execute the handover process for residential units, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications.Conduct thorough inspections of completed units, identifying and addressing any deficiencies.Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and architectural designers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion.Prepare and maintain accurate handover documentation, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and warranty information.Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on the handover progress and addressing any concerns.Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the handover process.Proactively identify and resolve potential handover issues to minimize delays and ensure client satisfaction.On-site presence is required to ensure meticulous oversight and efficient problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
