Handover Engineer

- Prepare and manage all handover and close-out documentation.- Coordinate with construction, quality, and facility management teams during handover.- Ensure all snag lists and punch items are completed before handover.- Conduct final inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.- Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and certificates.- Coordinate handover schedules with clients and internal stakeholders.- Ensure proper documentation archiving and record keeping.

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, or Architect).- 2–5 years of experience in project handover or close-out activities.- Good knowledge of construction procedures,
