HR Audit Specialist

Manpower Personnel Compliance Audits

• Plan and execute periodic audits of personnel files, contracts, and HR documentation for the company's employees deployed across all client sites
• Verify that employment contracts, terminations, and disciplinary actions taken for company manpower comply with Egyptian Labor Law
• Review onboarding and offboarding files for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal standards, regardless of the client site involved
• Assess adherence to internal company HR policies and procedures across all deployed manpower

Social Insurance & Payroll Audits

• Audit social insurance registrations, contributions, and filings for the company's employees for accuracy and timeliness, across every client they are assigned to
• Review payroll calculations, tax withholdings, and statutory deductions for the company's manpower for compliance and correctness
• Reconcile social insurance and payroll records against government filings and internal manpower assignment records
• Flag discrepancies, underpayments, overpayments, or non-compliance risks for corrective action

Risk Assessment & Reporting

• Prepare detailed internal audit reports outlining findings, risk levels, and recommended corrective actions
• Present audit findings to internal management on the state of compliance across the company's manpower base
• Track remediation of audit findings and follow up until issues are fully resolved
• Maintain an audit calendar and risk register covering the company's manpower across all client assignments

Process Improvement & Internal Controls

• Identify gaps or weaknesses in internal HR, personnel, and payroll processes and recommend control improvements
• Develop and update audit checklists, templates, and standard operating procedures
• Support internal teams in preparing for labor inspections or social insurance inspections related to company manpower
• Stay current on changes to labor, tax, and social insurance regulations that affect audit scope and criteria

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Personnel Manager, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to gather documentation and clarify findings
• Coordinate with the Government Relations team on issues identified during social insurance or labor audits
• Provide guidance and training to internal HR/personnel staff on compliance requirements identified through audits
