HR Recruitment Specialist

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding Create and publish job advertisements across different platforms Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Experience in mass hiring is a plus
• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented mindset
