Job Title: HRLocation: Office inside the gas station in ShubraWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PMReports to: Owner first, then Station ManagerScope: Gas stations onlyMain ResponsibilityResponsible for managing all workers and the team in the gas stations, including finding new workers, training them, handling payrolls, contracts, attendance, and employee problems.Key DutiesFind and recruit new workersTrain new workersManage workers and the teamHandle payrollsPrepare and manage employment contractsControl and record attendanceHandle employee problems and issuesReport first to the Owner, then to the Station ManagerPersonal Qualities RequiredVery strict and firm in managing peopleDisciplined and seriousDoes not talk unnecessarily

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience Previous HR experience is preferred College degree required Must be able to handle payroll Must collect fines from workers for absence Must make payroll deductions (salary reduction) for absences and fines
