HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues.Monitor the performance and efficiency of HVAC equipment.Prepare maintenance reports and follow maintenance schedules.Coordinate with operation teams to ensure uninterrupted system performance.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and operation.Strong knowledge of central air conditioning systems, including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, and Ventilation Systems.Ability to diagnose faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance.Familiarity with maintenance planning and reporting.Good knowledge of HVAC control systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
