Interviewing prospective customers, analyze their needs and risk trends; thereby determining the right product mix that best suits them
Presenting products to customers, handling their objections, following up with them –when required - and finalizing the sale
Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service to existing and new customers
Ensure high-quality sales and keep the policies inforce via retention efforts
Ensure high persistency of policies and premiums all over the policy term
Maintain very good relations with Bank Staff
