Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN/WAN performance.Troubleshoot issues with computer hardware, peripherals, and software, and provide general IT assistance.Troubleshooting Windows server, firewall/antivirus, and VPN.Planning and maintaining LAN/WAN.Troubleshooting IP telephones and IP cameras.Managing backups for the company.Managing domains and hosting.Willing to travel outside of Cairo.

Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support roleTech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote controlGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech productsAbility to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field
