Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues that could delay timely release.
• Receive customer inquiries, provide ongoing support, and resolve any problems they encounter with the company's services.
• Maintain regular and consistent communication with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure their loyalty.
• Analyze account data and monitor customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, correspondents, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct analysis of the causes of problems and penalties as directed by the line manager.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Keep customers, agents, and brokers informed of updates.
• Interact with customers, staff, and management at all levels.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
