Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve issues that could delay timely release.
- Receive customer inquiries, provide ongoing support, and resolve any problems they encounter with the company's services.
- Maintain regular and consistent communication with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure their loyalty.
- Analyze account data and monitor customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain relationships with brokers, correspondents, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct analysis of the causes of problems and penalties as directed by the line manager.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Keep customers, agents, and brokers informed of updates.
- Interact with customers, staff, and management at all levels.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
