Job description:Penance Properties buys and sells vacant land in the United States.

We're hiring a full-time remote analyst to evaluate lots: check them on satellite maps and county GIS, confirm zoning and utilities, and compare recent sales to find the value of a land parcel.$800 to $1,000 USD per month, plus a $150 bonus for every deal we closeMonday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Eastern (4 PM to 12 AM Cairo time)Full training on our processStart: November 2026

Shortlisted candidates will be paid $25 USD by us to complete a short work sample, followed by a short call.

المتطلبات والشروط

Clear spoken English.

You will have calls with our US team every day.

Experience with land, real estate, GIS, surveying or civil engineering is a strong plus.

Tools like Land Insights, LandPortal, SmarterContact or Regrid are a bonus.

Your own computer, stable internet, and a backup for power or internet outages (UPS, router battery, or a second provider)
