Coordinate chauffeurs and confirm trip details before and during pickups
Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients throughout their trip
Handle last-minute changes, delays, and unexpected issues calmly and professionally
Monitor multiple trips and conversations at the same time across different systems
Follow Authentic's internal procedures and U.S. transportation industry standards
Escalate and resolve problems quickly, keeping clients and drivers informed

المتطلبات والشروط

Excellent spoken English— you'll be speaking directly with American clients and need to be clearly understood and able to understand a range of American accents
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain a situation clearly and calmly
Fast, practical problem-solving ability — comfortable making a judgment call under time pressure
Ability to multitask across several conversations and software systems at once
Comfortable learning and using computer systems and new software tools
Reliable and professional, with a stable work history
Able to workevening-into-overnight shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
Able to reliably and consistently commute to6th of October City
Background in any of the following is a plus, but not required: customer service, call center/BPO, hospitality, reception, travel, logistics, or administrative roles
