Job Description
- Coordinate chauffeurs and confirm trip details before and during pickups
- Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients throughout their trip
- Handle last-minute changes, delays, and unexpected issues calmly and professionally
- Monitor multiple trips and conversations at the same time across different systems
- Follow Authentic's internal procedures and U.S. transportation industry standards
- Escalate and resolve problems quickly, keeping clients and drivers informed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English— you'll be speaking directly with American clients and need to be clearly understood and able to understand a range of American accents
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain a situation clearly and calmly
- Fast, practical problem-solving ability — comfortable making a judgment call under time pressure
- Ability to multitask across several conversations and software systems at once
- Comfortable learning and using computer systems and new software tools
- Reliable and professional, with a stable work history
- Able to workevening-into-overnight shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
- Able to reliably and consistently commute to6th of October City
- Background in any of the following is a plus, but not required: customer service, call center/BPO, hospitality, reception, travel, logistics, or administrative roles
