Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics and transportation activities.
Arrange inbound and outbound shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transportation providers, and warehouse teams.
Prepare and review shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
Track shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues.
Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
Follow up on import and export shipments and customs clearance procedures when applicable.
Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare regular performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and safety standards.
Work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant logistics experience.
Good knowledge of transportation, shipping, and logistics operations.
Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs procedures is preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strongtime managementand ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Excellent English(written & spoken)
