Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Promote, negotiate, and sell maintenance and service contracts.
Follow up with out-of-warranty customers to convert them into contract customers.
Manage contract renewals, amendments, and service agreements.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally.
Identify opportunities to increase contract sales, renewals, and customer retention.
Re-engage inactive or lost customers through targeted follow-ups.
Prepare regular reports on sales, contracts, renewals, and customer feedback.
Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

المتطلبات والشروط

·Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·Experience:Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in aftersales, customer service, or contract management roles.

·Knowledge:Strong understanding of customer relationship management, maintenance services, and contract administration.

·Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM or contract management software.

·Languages:Very good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
