Maintenance Contracts Sales Specialist
Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote, negotiate, and sell maintenance and service contracts.
- Follow up with out-of-warranty customers to convert them into contract customers.
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Identify opportunities to increase contract sales, renewals, and customer retention.
- Re-engage inactive or lost customers through targeted follow-ups.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, contracts, renewals, and customer feedback.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
·Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
·Experience:Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in aftersales, customer service, or contract management roles.
·Knowledge:Strong understanding of customer relationship management, maintenance services, and contract administration.
·Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM or contract management software.
·Languages:Very good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
