- Requirement Analysis:Gather and analyze customer requirements for CRM system implementation and conduct workshops and interviews to understand business processes.
- System Configuration and Customization:Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet customer requirements.
Implement and maintain CRM entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
- Custom Development:Develop custom plugins, JavaScript, and .NET code to extend CRM functionality.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues within the CRM system.
- Data Migration:Plan and execute data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition to Dynamics 365 CRM.
Validate and cleanse data to maintain data integrity.
- Training and Support:Provide training to end-users on system functionalities and provide post-implementation support and address user queries and issues.
- Documentation:Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.
Develop user manuals and training materials.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
Work closely with customers to ensure alignment between CRM solutions and business goals.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, information technology, etc.).
- 1–3 years experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant or similar role.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Understanding of CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Strong programming skills in languages like C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
- Knowledge of integration techniques, including RESTful APIs and middleware.
- Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent is a plus.
