Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for vendors, addressing their needs, and resolving issues to ensure smooth and effective partnerships.
• Manage daily brand relationships to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Coordinate onboarding of new brands and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Monitor vendor performance through regular reviews and KPIs, addressing any issues proactively.
• Collaborate with inventory, merchandising, and marketing teams to optimize product assortment and availability.
• Support contract management and negotiation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, product details, and pricing.
• Assist in identifying new vendor opportunities in line with market trends and company goals
• Facilitate timely resolution of vendor-related challenges or discrepancies.
