Night Shift Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-oriented Night Shift Receptionist to manage front desk operations during overnight hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries and concerns, managing reservation-related tasks, and ensuring a smooth guest experience throughout the night.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest ServicesWelcome guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner.Handle late-night check-ins and early-morning check-outs efficiently.Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and information about the property and local area.Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at all times.Reservations & Front Desk OperationsManage reservation inquiries received by phone, email, and online booking channels.Update and maintain accurate guest and reservation records.Monitor upcoming arrivals, departures, and room availability.Process payments and maintain proper documentation when required.Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.Reporting & CommunicationMaintain accurate shift logs and records of guest interactions.Report incidents, guest feedback, and operational concerns to management.Prepare handover notes to ensure smooth communication between shifts.
