Operations Supervisor

• Managing Clubliko Operation play rooms & activities.
• Manage the Team (Full Time / Freelancers);

Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
• Train new employees
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
• Managing all events and activities Birthdays / Field Trips / outside events / camps and General Admission.
• Create play opportunities (interesting, enjoyable and stimulating for children)
• Personally involved in arranging and keeping the play are suitable for kids use
• Personally present on the play facility during operation, Provide constant supervisor of children and team in the play facility at all time
• Helping all the team during operation
• Uphold healthy and safety policies and guidelines in working with children
• Communicate effectively with children of various ages and stages of development
• Promote a positive model of behavior to children and team
• respond to conflict positively.
