Organizational Development Specialist

- Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives
- Manage and support the performance management cycle (KPIs, appraisals, follow-ups)
- Develop and update organizational structures, job descriptions, and competency frameworks
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
- Analyze HR data and generate insights to support decision-making
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication plans
- Contribute to HR policies development and process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development or related HR functions
- Solid knowledge of performance management systems and OD practices
- Experience in training & development and employee engagement is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
