الوصف الوظيفي

  • Order management:Track every active order from payment to delivery.

Follow up with creators before deadlines slip.

Coordinate with the editing team so videos match the brief and are delivered on time.

  • Creator vetting:Review creator profiles and ID verification, and approve or reject applications within our response-time targets.
  • Customer service:Own the support inbox and incoming messages.

Answer questions about orders, payments, payouts, revisions, and refunds according to Reelak’s policies.

Mediate disputes fairly and escalate when needed.

  • Account management:Act as the dedicated contact for larger brand clients.

Help them plan briefs, choose packages, and reorder.

Spot upsell opportunities such as extra hooks, more creators, or photos.

  • Sales outreach:Prospect e-commerce brands and agencies, and run cold outreach through Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp DMs.

Qualify leads, keep the pipeline updated, and book meetings into the Founder’s calendar with a short brief on each lead.

  • Creator recruitment:Find and recruit talented creators across social platforms, guide them through onboarding, and keep them engaged and responsive.
  • Continuous improvement:Flag recurring issues, bugs, and process gaps to the operations and tech teams.

المتطلبات والشروط

  • Fluent Arabic and strong English.

You’ll write to brands and creators in both languages every day.

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Highly organized.

You can manage orders, deadlines, and conversations at the same time without dropping any.

  • Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, short-form video, and creator culture.
  • A proactive problem solver.
  • Calm and professional with frustrated clients or creators, and fair when mediating between them.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in an early-stage startup.
  • Available during working hours, with flexibility for occasional urgent issues.
  • Experience at a startup, agency, or marketplace platform.
  • Background in UGC, influencer marketing, social media management, or e-commerce.
  • An existing network of content creators or brands in Egypt.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of what makes a good video ad: hooks, pacing, and product presentation.
