- Manage the full procurement cycle, from purchase requisitions and RFQs to negotiations, purchase orders, delivery, and closeout.
- Source, evaluate, and develop local and international suppliers.
- Prepare RFQs and commercial comparisons in coordination with Engineering and Projects teams.
- Coordinate technical evaluations and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers.
- Follow up on supplier documentation, manufacturing progress, inspections, shipping, and deliveries.
- Coordinate invoice processing and payments according to contractual terms.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, SAP data, and procurement trackers.
- Identify and escalate supplier delays, commercial risks, and deviations, recommending corrective actions.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor's degree inMechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in industrial projects, manufacturing, metals, mining, cement, or heavy industries.
- Working knowledge ofSAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of commercial contracts, Incoterms, payment terms, and payment guarantees.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
