Lead and mentor a high-performingprocurement teamto achieve operational excellence.
Develop and executestrategic sourcinginitiatives that drive value without compromising quality.
Mastermindvendor negotiationsto secure the best terms, pricing, and service levels.
Oversee the entiresupply chain lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery and inventory flow.
Implement robustcost reductionstrategies and manage multi-million dollar budgets with precision.
Collaborate with department heads to align purchasing withhospitality standardsand guest expectations.

المتطلبات والشروط

Requirements:

�� Minimum10 years of procurement experience, with proven experience in hospitality/hotel

procurement.

�� Strong experience in FF&E & OS&E procurement.

�� Experience in hotel pre-opening, renovation, refurbishment, and hospitality projects.

�� Strong knowledge of BOQs, specifications, contracts, and procurement procedures.

�� Experience in local & international sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and commercial

evaluations.

�� Experience dealing with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, designers, and project teams.

�� Strong ERP/procurement systems knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

�� Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Requirement:

�� Proven procurement experience within the hospitality sector, particularly hotels/resorts, with

strong exposure to FF&E, OS&E, and hotel pre-opening projects.
