Procurement Section Head

Job Summary:My Way Egypt Group, a leading direct selling company specializing in FMCG and cosmetics products, is seeking a highly experienced and competent Procurement Section Head to lead and guide its procurement team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all direct and indirect procurement activities, developing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and achieving cost and quality objectives to support the company's continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and drive the performance of a procurement team consisting of 8 members, fostering a high-performance culture, providing necessary guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.

Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for both Direct (raw materials, packaging, etc.) and Indirect (CAPEX, OPEX, services) procurement to align with the company’s business objectives.

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

Negotiate high-value contracts, credit terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Oversee the process of identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, and negotiate the best terms, prices, and contracts.

Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate supply chain risks, and improve profitability without compromising quality.

Process Improvement: Streamline procurement workflows, ensure compliance with internal policies, and implement best practices in supply chain management.

• Prepare periodic reports on procurement performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing recommendations for improvement.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Managerial role within procurement, with prior experience in the Cosmetics or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamNegotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-making abilities.Analytical Skills: Robust analytical capabilities and strategic decision-making skills.Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
