Production Engineer

Implementing the production plan as set by the planning department.

Ensure the safety and quality of staff, machinery, and products inside the plant.

Identify unsafe operations and practices and report them to the line manager immediately.Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, efficiency, reliability, and waste reduction. (Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen).

Prepare and generate the product labels as per the production orders.

Optimization of resources.The ability to resolve problems in an efficient manner.Identifying & analyzing the bottlenecks.Communicate with R&D for production issues.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Follow up & supervision of machines, instruments, equipment, & tools.Follow up for internal calibration, verification, & preventive maintenance for all machines, instruments, & tools.Internal training for the production team.Adherence to all HSE instructions is mandatory for every employee.Familiarize with the HSE policy and comply with its guidelines.Demonstrate full commitment to HSE requirements and immediately cease any work that contradicts these standards.To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager.

Bachler degree in production EngineeringProduction Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in paints are preferredExperience with SAP is preferredEnsure full compliance with the company’s current Production Engineer job description, internal policies, and operational procedures.
