Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team..Proficiency in using social media and communication tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
